Placing an Order with Avsars couldn't be easier! Just follow the steps below and we take care of everything after that!
1. Once you have selected the item(s) you wish to purchase. Please check the quantity you require and then click on ADD TO BASKET.
2. You can continue shopping or if you are ready to place your order, simply click on View Basket.
3. We require you to register with us so that we can keep you informed of your orders process and contact you if necessary. Please click on I DO NOT HAVE AN ACCOUNT if this is your 1st time ordering with us. You will then be asked to setup your account details and once that is completed you will be taken to the payment screen.
4. Please make sure the delivery address you would like your order to be despatched to is correct. Check your basket to ensure you have everything you need including any additional stitching options.
5. We accept payments via:
PayPal
Google Checkout
Postal Order or Cheque
Cash
6. Depending on your choice of payment. One of the following steps will apply
6.a PayPal - Your payment will be processed using PayPal. Once your payment has been processed and we have recieved confirmation. We will send you an email to confirm this and at the same time (if applicable to your order) you will also recieve the Measurements Form. Once you have completed the Measurements Form, please email it back to us. We will check for details and confirm that your order will be now created for you.
6.b - Google Checkout - Your payment will be processed by Google Checkout. Once we have received confirmation of payment. We will move your order in our system to processing and send you an email to notify you of this. Again at the same time we will send you the relevant measurement forms. Please complete in full and email it back to us. We shall then check the measurements and confirm your order.
6.c - Postal order Cheque - Please print the order form and make sure to print 2 copies, 1 for your records. You will now receive an email to Acknowledge your order. Once we have received the payment and it has cleared. We will send you another email to confirm payment received. At the same time you will now receive the Measurement forms depending on your purchases. Simply follow the measurement guide and return the completed measurement form via email or post.
6.d - Cash - If you prefer to pay by cash. Please contact us to arrange a suitable time for you to come and pay in person. For Sarees and Suits we can arrange to take your measurements for you and this will then confirm your order instantly.
