SALES CATEGORY:
Orders placed within our Sales category will be processsed 48hrs after the
end of the sale period.If the item(s) chosen are made to measure, a
measurement form will be sent to you for completion. The expected delivery
date will be advised on receipt and confirmation of the measurements.
Customers will receive an acknowledement email with details regarding
expected delivery date dependant upon products ordered. Please note, We
advise a lead time of up to 28 days for each order. However, this could be
earlier depending on the products you have purchased.
Our Loyalty Points system is excluded from any Sale item.
Vouchers and discount codes do not apply.
Our normal returns and refunds policy applies. Please click on the Terms &

INSTOCK ITEMS:
Instock items will be sent out within 5 working days after payment has
cleared.
Postage costs are not included in the sale price and will be added on
checkout.
JEWELLERY:
For hygiene purposes we adopt a no returns, refunds and exchange policy on
all our jewellery displayed. All our jewellery items are thoroughly checked
before dispatching and packed very securely when dispatching. If you
receive broken jewellery when you open the package, please contact us
(preferably by phone) so that we can take the matter up with the Royal Mail
or courier company used.
ACCESSORIES:
CLUTCH BAGS/PURSES/SAREE BAGS/PETTICOATS
No returns, refunds and exchanges will be permitted on all the above sale
items unless found to be defective or sent incorrectly. Please contact us
(preferably by phone) within 12hrs of receiving your order if you wish to
return any of the above products and we will endeavour to provide you with
the best possible solution.

NEW COLLECTION (MADE TO MEASURE) DUAL BLOUSE SAREES:-
These sarees come with 2 blouses. One custom made choli blouse as seen on image and another non-stitched blouse fabric with sequin work on sleeves only which can be stitched upon request.
An additional £15 tailoring fee is incurred if you require the non-stitched
plain blouse to be custom stitched (this fee is only for a plain non-
patterned style of blouse). Blouse will be made as per the tailor’s
preference. If you have any queries, please contact us.
Price includes Saree, custom made Choli blouse, unstitched blouse piece,
fall and edging (if necessary depending on the embroidery work. i.e. if
there is a heavy border on the base of the saree, we will not put the fall
on the saree. However,if you still require a fall then it will be at an
additional cost of £2). Petticoats can be purchased seperately.

CHOLI SUIT/LEHENGA:
These choli suits/Lehengas are custom made for you. We will send you a
measurement form for you to complete and return. Price includes custom made
choli suit/Lehenga and dupatta. Prices shown are for outfits made up to UK

Therefore, we suggest you place your order in sufficient time. Lead time comm]polkences from when we confirm the order back to you by email. Another confirmation will be sent to you once we have despatched your goods
Delivery of your goods will be made by Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery. Delivery cost is calculated as a flat rate per item. This is £8 per item. Maximum Delivery charge for orders up to 10kg or up to 4 items in any one order is £15.00. Any orders that have a total weight of over 10kg will be calculated using courier rates. Please contact us for up to date tarrifs.
Returns and Refunds Policy
We do not accept returns or exchanges on any of our outfits unless the item(s) are found to be defective or have been sent to you incorrectly. This is purely because each garment is made individualy to order with your measurements in mind. Therefore it is not possible to sell this item as stock due to bespoke measurements, styling and choice. Avsars team personally examine all orders for any defects, colour runs, craft work prior to despatch. An approval label will be will be tagged on each garment to verify this. All tags must remain attached to the garment(s) and will not be accepted for return without.
In order to return an item, you must inform us in writing within 24hrs of receiving the item. You can contact us using our Contact Form. Please include your order number which will be printed on the documents enclosed. Our team will then contact you with a returns number for you to include with the item.
Please note, any item sent back to us without prior contact or returns number will not be accepted and will be refused.
Our outfits are made to measure for you using the measurements that you provide. The measurements MUST be accurate to ensure that the garment(s) fits you as intended. Avsars will not be held responsible for any errors to your custom made order due to incorrect measurements given. If an item is made with style changes. i.e longer blouse, change style of skirt cut, Our designers will adapt to the request with the discretion of changing the embroidery, style, overall length or cut style to how they see fit in accordance to their experience in tailoring.
We do not accept returns or exchanges of custom orders. If they are sent incorrect, defective or not fit in accordance to the size ordered we'll offer you a free rectifying service. Once the item has been recieved we will inspect your queries against the original measurement form and any change in outfit requested. If the item is to be found of defect, then we shall reimburse your courier costs for the return to us and rectify free of charge. This includes re shipping to you without an additional charge
We reccomend that customers who may be unsure of the quality of fabrics used, to request a sample cutting. We shall then send you a patch of the material in question so you can be sure of your purchase. Avsars will no accept returns or give refunds for an item for reasons such as dislike of material or not to expectation.
Items that have been used will not be accepted as returns or exchanges. Items which have any stains, emit body odours or perfume scents, have any kind of marks, damages or water stains will not be accepted for returns or exchanges.
We ensure you that we will do our best to resolve any issues regarding bespoke outfits and if after exhausting all options and you still require a refund. A refund will given at the discretion of the management team with a deduction of 40% off the original outfi value at time of ordering.
Shipping, packaging charges or any other charges at the time of return of goods will not be borne by us unless the item(s) are to be found defective or incorrect.

2. Google Checkout - Google Checkout is a safe and secure way to ensure your payments are recieved. We do not keep any Credit/Debit card details on our website. Your details are kept safe within Google Checkout and it is Google checkout that takes your details. You can pay using the major credit and debit cards e.g, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and Solo
3. Crossed Postal order or Cheque - You can send us your payment by choosing "checkout" on the view basket screen. You will then be able to print out your order form. Your order will be processed once payment has cleared. This can take up to 5 working days.
4.Cash - Cash payments can also be accepted. Please contact our team to arrange a convenient time for you to visit us personally.
